What is Travel Savings?

  • When you purchase your Tripsavr 2.0 account, you will receive your Travel Savings

What is Travel Credits?

  • Each time you make a booking, you will be rewarded with Travel Credits. Not only that, you will also earn whenever your Preferred Customers use their Travel Savings.

What is a Preferred Customer?

  • Any person you share a free Tripsavr 2.0 account with, will become your Preferred Customer.

How do I know which Tripsavr version I am using?

All accounts purchased after May 2017 are Tripsavr 2.0 users. We invite you to upgrade to Tripsavr 2.0 to enjoy more features and benefits.

I cannot access my Tripsavr account, what should I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" option on the Tripsavr login page, or simply contact our customer service at customercare@qvitripsavr.com

What benefits will I enjoy as a Preferred Customer?
You get free access to Tripsavr 2.0 website for 6 months. You can purchase Travel Savings to find great deals for you next vacation.
Can I let anyone use my Tripsavr account and spend my Travel Savings?

Yes. Feel free to let anyone enjoy the benefits of Tripsavr. However, please note that QVI will not be held responsible for any misuse of your Tripsavr account.

Can I cash out the unused Travel Savings in my account?
No, Travel Savings have no cash surrender value, credit value or other implied value. However, you can transfer them to your Preferred Customer.
