SeaSpray consists of 108 attached condominiums, beautifully landscaped and conveniently located near town with convenient access to I-95. The townhouse style condominiums are spacious and available in one-, two-, or three-bedroom floor plans. The standard two-bedroom townhouse is 1448 square feet with two-and-a-half baths, an unfinished bonus room, and a garage or full basement offering additional storage for bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, some of the units have an optional bathroom in the bonus space. The majority of units at SeaSpray are 2013 square feet with three-and-a-half baths.
