Driftwood Beach Club is located on the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea on a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a charming seaside village located just east of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a barrier island where gentle trade winds blow soft caresses and pelicans fly overhead.

The Driftwood swimming pool is the largest in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. Other amenities include two gas barbecue grills, a large garden patio and two shuffleboard courts directly on the ocean next to the private beach. For your convenience the resort offers daily maid service and there is a private coin laundry located on the property. The resort does not offer any handicap accessible amenities and does not have an elevator.

You can fish, water-ski, sail, surf, and more-all within five miles from the resort. Deep-sea and surf fishing are excellent in the area, and boat rentals are available at marinas nearby. Golf and Tennis are nearby also! When you seek the attractions of the big city, you're close to the sophisticated dining spots of Fort Lauderdale, as well as the shopping that lures so many to the area. Visit the art museum, have a lavish lunch and finish out the day strolling Las Olas Boulevard. Tomorrow, venture south to Miami for a Cuban meal and a visit to trendy South Beach.

Your Lauderdale-by-the-sea vacation is like three or four getaways all in one. Be as relaxed or as active as you wish.
